I haven’t seen this discussed very much.  I think it got buried in health care speech, Joe Wilson’s moment of truth, 9-11, and 9-12.

Last week, Bill O’Reilly interviewed Joe Bastardi of Accuweather.

Matt

MattI believe that future generations should have the same opportunities that myself, and those that came before me, had. My parents taught me that I could do anything I wanted to do. I don’t want to have to tell my daughter, “You can do whatever the government tells you to do.” We are at a crossroads in this country; are we going to be free, or are we going to be slaves to the nanny state. I choose freedom.

I saw that interview, O’Riley leans toward the global warming theory, but Joe had his facts ready and gave a good account of the opposing position—guess Gore had it wrong, the debate isn’t over.

Good find, Matt. I think this got “buried” rather than missed, but that’s just me being me.

It’s amazing how many people still believe in global warming even though all the evidence points the other way… I guess it’s kind of like all the people who think government can effectively run health care even though all the evidence points the other way

@ Ron, I hope the debate isn’t over until the truth is established.

@ Dave, no doubt that the MSM will never cover this. If they feel compelled to do so, they’ll undoubtedly call Bastardi a racist. Isn’t that the standard “treatment” for dissenters these days? What I meant is that most of the bloggers got caught up in all of the other news of the week. It was pretty busy last week.

@ Forgotten Liberty, only a liberal can stand on his head and tell the rest of us that we’re upside down!

Couldn’t find a place to comment on your article on cultural marxism. I did tweet it for you. A very complete and eye-opening picture of what many do not see. I have seen first hand, much of what you discuss, even some 20 years ago in supposely conservative universities—Southern Miss and Louisiana State at Baton Rouge. I can’t picture what its like at the east and west coast schools—”stupidity run wild” would be my guess!
