Since the race card has been played so many times over the past week, I think it’s important to provide some clarification. The question is this:
“How does one qualify as a racist?”
- Disagree with the POTUS.
- Oppose socialized medicine.
- Refer to socialism as socialism.
- Get “into one little fight and my mom got scared…”
- Use, “all your base belong to us,” in multiple posts.
- ?????
Kindly submit your additions to the list. Given the loose definition, the possibilities should be endless. It might be fun!

If I think Jimmuh Cartah (who is about as white as fresh elmer’s glue) is a weaselly gutless [insert favorite bad word here] that proves I’m a racist.
Makes me wanna get “RACIST” embroidered on the back of my sweatshirt.
Speak truth about anything Democrats propose.
Point out the historical racism propping up the Democratic party.
Get into arguments with Democrats about subjects as benign as the air-speed velocity of lint.
I could go on and on….
As far as I can see, Matt, being white makes one inescapably racist.
Being white– especially being a white male.
There are a few skeletons in Jimmy “Malaise” Carter’s closet…
“# Carter’s top campaign staffers were spotted distributing grainy photographs of Sanders arm-in-arm celebrating with two black men. Sanders was a part-owner of the Atlanta Hawks, and in the photograph he was celebrating a victory with two players who were pouring champagne over his head. Carter’s leaflet was intended to depress Sanders’s white vote.
# “The Carter campaign also produced a leaflet noting that Sanders had paid tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr.”
# Carter criticized Sanders, a former governor, for preventing Alabama Gov. and notorious segregationist George Wallace from speaking on Georgia state property. “I don’t think it was right for Governor Sanders to try to please a group of ultra-liberals, particularly those in Washington, when it means stifling communication with another state,” said Carter.
# “‘I have no trouble pitching for Wallace votes and black votes at the same time,’ Carter told a reporter. Carter also said to another reporter, ‘I can win this election without a single black vote.’”
# Upon receiving the endorsement of former Democratic Gov. Lester Maddox, Carter responded by praising the life-long segregationist: “He has brought a standard of forthright expression and personal honesty to the governor’s office, and I hope to live up to his standard.” Maddox had not only refused to serve blacks in the restaurant he once owned, but he had also greeted civil rights protestors with a gun, and made sticks available to his white customers with which to intimidate them.“

Thanks for participating all. And thanks for the linky Don. It seems that Carter has a lot to answer for, but none of the right people will ask the questions. Mind you, that was only 6 years before he became president.

Hey does that mean if I criticize a Democrat or for that matter a Republican, of a race similar to my own..I’ll withhold the race I am because it doesn’t matter then I must be a racists?

@ Ron, that certainly qualifies as racist. I’ve seen it. It’s funny though…Woodrow Wilson, a “progressive” President by any standard, had that movie screened at the White House and LOVED it! I think it indicts the left. They have the same attitudes towards minorities, they simply have changed their rhetoric towards them. Instead of blatant intimidation and hate, they use programs and assistance to keep them impoverished, promise them more assistance to get them as a voting block, and then abort them in huge numbers. If the Latino and African American communities ever wake up, the left is toast!
If you oppose illegal immigration, or giving unearned rights to illegal immigrants than you are definitely a racist.

Progressive Racist—those who continue to hold the blackman down by giving him handouts and not a handup. The old “free lunch” thing. Just posted on this today.
I’ll check that out. It’s exactly the same thing as the old “hard” racism, just prepackaged for mass manipulation and voter turnout.
