I believe that future generations should have the same opportunities that myself, and those that came before me, had. My parents taught me that I could do anything I wanted to do. I don’t want to have to tell my daughter, “You can do whatever the government tells you to do.” We are at a crossroads in this country; are we going to be free, or are we going to be slaves to the nanny state. I am sick of fake environmentalism. Al Gore is a polluter and is gonna hurt the poor. He generates billions and that comes from dead trees so Al Gore doesn’t care about the environment, his green movement only cares about generating greens, aka dollar bills.
Brian, Thanks for the comment! I agree, but would add that the power to regulate is perhaps the greatest motivator. They seek to control the means of production. They get that, and property rights end, jobs evaporate, and the economy goes “poof.” Some will become very wealthy, but they need figures to promote the fraud.
