Recently, a government official was fired in connection to the infamous Black Panther voter intimidation case.  For the uninitiated, a club wielding Black Panther stood outside of a polling place, allegedly intimidating voters.  Since some may doubt than this occurred, here is some video.

Is this a turn around by the administration, who had previously instructed Civil Rights Division to NOT investigate the situation?  Well, someone connected with the case did lose his job.  It was the official that started the investigation of the event.  For more, here are some excerpts from the Washington Examiner.

Main Justice reports that Christopher Coates, head of the Justice Department’s voting rights division, has been removed from his post and replaced.

But no, the administration isn’t doing damage control after it mysteriously dropped voter intimidation charges against three members of the Black Panther Party who rather openly intimidated Philadelphia voters on Election Day 2008. Rather, the administration is getting rid of the official who initiated the charges:

Coates signed off on the controversial voter intimidation complaint against the New Black Panther Party and three of its members, filed in the waning days of the George W. Bush administration. The Obama DOJ’s decision to dismiss most of the charges in May has become a political controversy for the administration.

Coates is among those who were subpoenaed to testify about the Black Panther controversy before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

So, there you have it.  Not only did the administration drop all charges, they fired the person that filed them!

Welcome to Obama’s Amerika!

MattI believe that future generations should have the same opportunities that myself, and those that came before me, had. My parents taught me that I could do anything I wanted to do. I don’t want to have to tell my daughter, “You can do whatever the government tells you to do.” We are at a crossroads in this country; are we going to be free, or are we going to be slaves to the nanny state. I choose freedom.

There you have it again. This administration continues to edify the bad in our society and denounce the good. Obama and his team of misguided muses will one day reap the results of what they now sow.

That they will Ken. That they will.

I wish those black panthers would come to south Mississippi and try that sh*t! Lots of good ole boys would have a great welcome for them. The Obama people will continue to do as they please as long as the American people let them and not a day longer.

I would imagine that they avoid areas like that. Much like ACORN is never seen in rural or suburban areas. If they decided to stalk me and show up outside of my house, I’d just have a “gun cleaning party,” and watch them scatter.

Most people, or at least too many people, are still in a fog as to what is going on. It’s been a creeping incrementation that has numbed everyone. Now, the frog is starting to notice that the water is getting pretty hot!
