He may no longer be with us on this world, but Ronald Wilson Reagan knew where he stood and what to stand for. It is amazing to me how much his words have meaning in today’s turbulent political environment. In 1986, Reagan was campaigning, not for himself, but for the mid-term elections. His last stop on that last campaign of his? Nevada. His opponent? Harry Reid. Reagan nailed Reid to the wall with his description of Reid, who in later years would describe himself as a moderate. That is until Barack Obama sat in the Oval Office. At that point, Harry’s true colors really began to show.

How in the hell could anyone vote for Reid after watching that video? That’s one of the best campaign vids I’ve ever seen!

I don’t know anything about Tarkanian. The point of my post was the Reagan comments on Reid.
Anybody can claim to be like Reagan, but it does not make it so. A punk like Tarkanian will claim to be Nancy Pelosi when he thinks it helps him get him elected to a job.
