All over the country, concerned patriots from all parties and walks of life will gather and display their displeasure with the actions of their government. As many have observed, dissent, once described as “patriotic” by current Secretary of State, has suddenly become “racist,” or “hateful.” The MSM, the Democrats, and just about every other leftist group out there has jumped on the bandwagon to denigrate anyone who dared to disagree with the POTUS. Unsubstantiated claims were made, in spite of having no evidence. Evidence of union violence were ignored. A man whose finger was bitten off was ignored. Insults and smears were used. This clearly represents an unprecedented use of the media as a propaganda wing of a political party.
For all the use of Rule # 5 (the Alinsky variety), the MSM lost audience, the Democrats sank like a stone in the polls, and more and more people identify with the Tea Party Movement. Democrats lost huge in Virginia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. In fact, every candidate that Obama campaigned for was soundly defeated. In short, it’s not looking so good for the Democrats for November.
The Democrats and their allies had a reprieve over the winter months, and they have retreaded some more “Alinky-esque” schemes. First, we have the “threat” from “anarchists,” who, ironically, favor an all powerful government to combat their hated capitalism. Then, we have the infamous “infiltration site” that suggests that people infiltrate the movement in an attempt to embarrass it. When we hear about these efforts, we should keep several things in mind.
We’re being subjected to the Alinsky method. Rule 5 was the weapon of choice all of last year. Now we’re seeing some more:
8. “Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.”
As we have seen, they are coming at us from different angles.
9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
This matches the anarchist threat rather well.
10. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign.”
13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and ‘frozen.’…
“…any target can always say, ‘Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?’ When you ‘freeze the target,’ you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments…. Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the ‘others’ come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target…’
“One acts decisively only in the conviction that all the angels are on one side and all the devils on the other.”
Their idea is to invoke the “three D’s;” distract, discourage, and discredit. They want us to be discredited. They haven’t found ANY evidence of racism or violence that the MSM could run with, so they think they can create it. They are still missing the point that no one is paying attention to the MSM, but they apparently won’t let that stop them.
They also want is to get discouraged and go home. They want us to believe their propaganda-that the movement is violent or racist. Confusion breeds indecision and inaction. They want us running scared about threats or indoctrination. Again, they won’t let the fact that it isn’t working dissuade them.
They also want to distract us. If we’re spending all of our time investigating potential threats or infiltration, we aren’t talking about what we want or believe. Basically it takes us off task. DON’T FALL FOR IT!
Additionally, the “progressives” seem to be following their typical playbook in that they are going to take a few talking points, and beat them until they stick. Think about what they did to George Bush. Now, Bush did himself no favors with some of his policies, and he was abysmal at selling his ideas, but the left got on a few talking points, and spent years beating on them. When they couldn’t find evidence of what they wanted, they fabricated it. In the end, they created a type of fatigue. The Republicans were beaten down. The people were tired, and wanted a “change.” The Democrats were all to eager to promise one.
In the end, the Democrats can’t argue based on facts-they have none (at least none that support their schemes). Therefore, they are forced to create evidence of their claims, as they have been doing, especially since ObamaCare passed. They will continue to do so, and continue to fail. The only way they can succeed is if we help them. So, go to your local event, take a camera, take pictures of anything weird or violent, and enjoy. Don’t let the left make the “three D’s” stick.
One more thing: Jason Levin, the admin of the infiltration site has apparently gotten himself into some hot water as he works for a public school, and possibly used school computers to create and manage his site. Is it surprising that an employee of a public indoctrination center was engaged in propaganda and false flag operations? I didn’t think so either.
H/T: Conservatives Unite

Very important, Matt, thanks for posting this.
Considering that the Tea Party is so silly and doesn’t matter, leftists are sure expending a lot of effort to stop it, aren’t they?
That they are Karen, that they are. The forces of “tolerance and diversity” sure seem to be very intolerant to anyone who disagrees with them.
Hi Matt, great post… I just got back from out little Tea Party in Cedar Rapids, IA. Lots of placards and passion. All of the candidates for our district in the House of Rep’s were there to speak. There was no yelling or spitting or name calling or gun wielding. There wasn’t even any opposition. But our group is not big enough to merritt infiltration.
Yeah, I know what you mean. Ours is rather small as well. I was going, but I was late getting out of work, and once I put gas in my car, stop at a drive through, and drive a half hour to get there, it would be over. That sir, SUCKS!

Good info as always Matt. According to polls 25 percent identify themselves as part of the tea party movement. This is extremely significant. 25 percent can decide elections and they know it. With the tea partiers being center right in their ideology you can see why the left is starting the feel threatened. My guess is this is why they are trying to drive a wedge between the movement and the undecided.
I would tend to agree. I would only add that they are nervous that the independents are moving with the Tea Parties as well. Liberals are only about 20% of the population, so they can’t win dog catcher without the Independents.
We had two groups of fake tea party idiots in Atlanta today, and each time we surrounded them, called them out as fake, shoved video cameras in their direction, and followed them as the Capitol Police escorted them away from our rally, chanting, “cya! thanks for stopping by!”
Here’s a photo of one. The caption got butchered when I Tweeted it from my phone because I’d originally put “An a@@hole ….” then removed the curse word and forget to edit the “an.” Anyway, here’s the image. I have some video too but it needs converting and editing:

Well done Snarky. The reports came in from all over. Some infiltration, terribly sad, and full of fail.
Chicago, of course had a bunch of infiltrators. They didn’t even hid the fact that they were from the loony left. I wrote about my exciting experience on the blog, finally.
I’ll get over there and check your post out. Thanks Bunni.
