According to a new poll by Democracy Corps 55 percent of likely voters think “socialist” is a reasonably accurate way of describing Obama. That’s an absolutely astounding number considering it was derived from citizens of a nation that was founded on individual liberties, property rights, and limited government. When the majority of the citizens of this great Republic believe that their chief executive officer is a socialist that should send a pretty clear message that we’re on the wrong track.
Now I know that there is a difference between socialism and communism and I’m not saying that all socialists are communists, but the two philosophies have more in common with each other than they have in common with a free market system and capitalism. Socialism uses capitalism to a degree; however it still attempts to control the means of production just like communism. Communism attempts not only to control the economic engine of a nation, but it also rejects capitalism and seeks to control the society as well. Both of these philosophies fly in the face of the principles and foundation that America was built on. If our Founding Fathers were alive today they would be soundly reject both. And yet for some reason both philosophies are alive and well in America.
Let me take you on a journey through Mr. Stalin’s neighborhood in America. I found the following creepy clip on You Tube.
Well along with their likes for scrapbooking, Jimi Hendrix, hiking, bicycling, You Tube, the LA Lakers and oh yeah singing in their church choir, they also embrace the following 10 tenets of communism.
Marx also detailed the 10 essential tenets of communism, namely:
•Central banking system
•Government controlled education
•Government controlled labor
•Government ownership of transportation and communication vehicles
•Government ownership of agricultural means and factories
•Total abolition of private property
•Property rights confiscation
•Heavy income tax on everyone
•Elimination of rights of inheritance
•Regional planning
Oh yeah and let’s not forget the estimated 100 million political deaths under communism since the early 1900s. Ouch, that’s going to leave a mark on their philosophy.
The point behind this post is that communism is alive and well in this country and socialism is the vehicle that they want to use to get us there. They are actively engaged on social and political activity. They have infiltrated our colleges, our schools, our political parties, our churches, and the very institutions that have sworn to support and defend our beloved Constitution. I’ll leave you with the following clip from the Glenn Beck show and remember this was from the 1960s.

I believe that future generations should have the same opportunities that myself, and those that came before me, had. My parents taught me that I could do anything I wanted to do. I don’t want to have to tell my daughter, “You can do whatever the government tells you to do.” We are at a crossroads in this country; are we going to be free, or are we going to be slaves to the nanny state. I choose freedom.
Well, those were a couple of scary videos, to say the least! The American people need to wake up and take back this country before it is too late! November may be our last chance!

That is a scary post. However, I would submit that these folks that openly state that they are Communists are the least of our worries. It’s the Marxist-leaning politicians in our government that do NOT acknowledge that they are Communists that we have to worry about.
I agree Matt. They are the ones that call themselves progressives or Democrats that believe in Marxist principles like wealth redistribution. We have given these folks a free pass for far to long.
Matt makes a great point, at least the people in the video admit who they are, while those who refuse to admit who they are ar moving in stealth mode to implement their policies.
