Share

I love the innocence of vintage commercials.

  • http://conservativehideout.com Matt

You’re welcome. These posts are a guilty pleasure. I remember most of them, and they do remind me of that simpler time.

Thanks Matt. I’ll bet many of those old toys are still around from the era when they still made things with quality in mind.

Just recently, my mother moved, and gave me some old toys from the 70′s. They are in great shape!

    Thanks for the link, Matt.

I could tell you a story about my Dad using a set of our Tinker Toys to repair the kitchen table, years and years ago. They are still using that table.

    • http://conservativehideout.com Matt

I think that story would make a wonderful blog post!

Thanks for the link Matt! Great commercials, brings me back.

  • http://nooneofanyimport.wordpress.com Linda

thanks once again for the link. Man I loved my Fisher Price little people when I was a wee one. And then also Easy Bake oven, and then I moved to Legos Legos and more Legos.

I hate how project specific Legos are now. they used to be general sets that left it to your imagination.

    best!
