Just when you think that the occupods would go away, they keep committing crimes. There was some action from the occupods near the New Years Holiday, so it bears examining.

ALBANY — Police are taking steps to protect an Albany police officer whose family has received threats after he was publicly identified for using pepper spray to quell Occupy Albany protesters last week.
A “wanted” poster seeking information including the home address, telephone numbers and “map to home” of Officer Richard Gorleski was posted Wednesday on a Facebook page used by Occupy Albany.
Gorleski’s address and telephone numbers are not publicly listed. But Gorleski’s father, a Troy resident who has the same first name as his son, began receiving unsettling telephone calls from blocked numbers this week. Troy police said they have taken measures to keep watch on the residence.
The occupod organizer did state that they do no support threats to others, However, I do have to question that. The “spokes-pods” for the movement always state disapproval for most occupod activities, but at the same times, they are classic leftist/Alinsky activities. Would-be Marxists all over the planet do these exact same things on a regular basis. So then, are we looking at a situation in which the “bosses” say they don’t support it, but at the same time, they do nothing to stop it? For me, it seems to be a “wink-wink-nudge-nudge” type of scenario.
Either they are covertly approving of such activities, or they are completely incompetent to deal with it. Either way, they display the failure of OWS.

It didn’t take the Obama-endorsed #Occupy criminals to take up where they left off.
The #Occupy Wall Street goons opened the year by stabbing a cop.
The New York Post reported, via JWF:Some 800 Occupy Wall Street protesters began the new year by trying to retake Zuccotti Park last night, starting a massive clash with police in which one officer was stabbed in the hand with a pair of scissors.
A suspect was arrested in the 11:30 p.m. incident, according to a law enforcement source.
Hundreds in the crowd of occupiers then surrounded the ambulance as it tried to leave with the wounded officer, the source said.
The officer, who was not identified, was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
Shortly before midnight OWS protesters took to Twitter to proclaim their assault on Zuccotti — from which they were booted by cops in November.
“Barricades being torn down at liberty [Zuccotti] park,” they wrote. “Happy new years!!”
They later tweeted: “Big crowd at liberty square. We have taken back the park.”
Some 100 cops initially responded to the scene, including mounted police to maintain crowd control.
At one point, some of the protestors surrounded the circle of cops, before reinforcements were called in.
How many more incidents before the rest of the public figures out that these occupods are a bunch of leftist moonbats?

I believe that future generations should have the same opportunities that myself, and those that came before me, had. My parents taught me that I could do anything I wanted to do. I don’t want to have to tell my daughter, “You can do whatever the government tells you to do.” We are at a crossroads in this country; are we going to be free, or are we going to be slaves to the nanny state. I choose freedom.
I’ll believe these “leaders” in their denunciations of threats and violence, when they actually come out and strongly support (1) the expulsion of such perps from the Occupy movement, and (2) their prosecution to the FULLEST EXTENT of the law. Talk is cheap.
I’ve always drawn the comparison to the Tea Party. When they were infiltrated by leftards that carried racist signs, the Tea Party folks had signs saying “not one of us.” They were followed and chased until they left. Sometimes, they asked the police to remove them. I remember one incident where the person left, as was followed-right to a local democratic party office!
But, the occupods do not do the same. They don’t even try. Hence, I have to conclude that they want those people there.

They are very predictable when you think about. Like the spoiled children they are, when they are ignored or not getting what they want they escalate to the next phase. It reminds me of a kid in a store who cries louder for the toy they want.
That’s exactly how I see it. If they don’t get their way, they pitch a fit.
