I’ve seen this a few times as I have read over radical feminazi blogs. Essentially, there are feminazis out there that think that the fetus is a parasite, and is to be removed like the foreign entity that it is. Newsbusters quoted the latest example of this, from Sasharusha, at the Daily Kos:
Anyways, back to the whole fetus= parasite thing. That is how I see them. I don’t see them as cute and cuddly. I see them as terrifying and scary. I see pregnancy the same way.
Here are some examples on how pregnancy is a parasitic relationship:
The Z/E/F sucks the nutrients from the mother.
The “relationship” only benefits the fetus.
The mother’s organs and body parts become damaged.
The fetus controls the mother.
The fetus doesn’t give anything “back”.
Some people would argue that this is a form of Mutualism, which is a relationship where both the host and the parasite benefit, but how does this benefit the mother? Where is that “benefit”?
Of course, the kossack goes through all of the other terrible things that happen due to pregnancy. In the end, however, it just goes to show two things:
1. They dehumanize fetuses, and in so doing, humanity itself. After all, once one “type” of human is deemed parasitic and therefore disposable, it’s only a matter of time before other “types” are added to the “parasitic and disposable” list.
2. If you read the entire article, you catch the strong stench of the “me first” mentality that is central to liberalism. It’s the, “if it doesn’t benefit me personally, screw it” kind of mentality. The author says nothing of the decision to procreate, and that starting a family implies sacrifice on many levels. Instead, it was all about “me.”
Once again, this type of statement allows us to look at the thinking of our leftist friends. Is it any wonder that all the great genocides of the 20th century were perpetrated by leftists?
