Mark E. Kelly, the husband of former Congressman Gabby Giffords, has taken a side in the Gun Control debate.  While it might be understandable to have an emotional reaction to his wife’s shooing by a crazed man, Jared Loughner, Kelly engaged in the typical liberal art of hypocristy.  You see, after making his opinion made in a very public way, he tried to go off and purchase some of those very guns that, according to his own testimony, the rest 0f us should not have.  Weasel Zippers has more…

Mark E. Kelly, gun-control proponent and husband to former Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, recently purchased an AR-15 (an “assault weapon,” he called it)—which he now says he intended as an illustration of the need for more stringent gun laws.

Kelly reportedly bought the AR-15 and a 1911-style semi-automatic pistol at Diamondback Police Supply in Tucson, Arizona.

Various sources contacted Breitbart News once Kelly made the purchase, and after we began investigating the details surrounding the purchase, Kelly announced on his Facebookthat he was not going to keep the AR-15, which he has yet to pick up from the store.

Yes siree!  It’s another do as I say, and not as I do liberal.  The rest of us should not have guns, and become victims of the criminals that will not follow the law anyway.  But himself, well, you see, he’s a bit better than the rest of us, and he doesn’t have to follow any example.  Those laws that he’d like to put on the books simply don’t apply to him.  He’s too important for that!
