The progressive creed of political correctness (PC) has been foisted on western cultures for decades. I don’t know if the progressives used this weapon with the intention to divide and destroy our cultures or if they really believe in a kumbaya world. This humble observer of the asylum we all have to live in is to point where he no longer cares what their intentions are/were. It’s time _ no, scratch that _ it’s way past time that those who still maintain a modicum of sanity to stand up and be counted and to call this particular tool of the insane for what it is: a tool for achieving social rot and a tool to protect evil. To do otherwise is the most despicable form of cowardness.
The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis.
Political correctness and its partner in crime, diversity, have been used by our political class, to name just a few examples, to protect those who commit most of the acts of terrorism by irradiating the words Islam, Islamists, Muslims or radical Muslims from all anti-terror manuals of government agencies, they have used PC to tie the hands of law enforcement and border control with laws against racial profiling even those the crime statistic indicate good reason to use racial profiling to catch the law breakers, they used PC to attack freedom of religion, and they have used PC to prevent any real discussion of the social decay in our inner-cities.
As bad as the PC carnage is in the US, the PC pushers have had even more success in Jolly Ole England. Surely the worst exmaple of social rot and the protection of evil is on display in the disgusting and outrageous scandal that has been exposed in the city of Rotherham in the Yorkshire region of England where for 16 years more than 1400 children were sexually abused and the authorities were aware of what was happening but did nothing for fear of being branded racist or bigots.
16 YEARS!… 1400 CHILDREN!… THE AUTHORITIES KNEW!
I’ve resisted writing about the Rotherham scandal because the outrage I feel is literally not good for my health. The overwhelming desire to personally inflict great bodily harm on those who committed these heinous crimes and on those who looked the other way for 16 years is not healthy. So, rather than continue to write, I present the recent entry at the Woodpile Report by Ol’ Remus. Ol’ Remus and those he quotes do a pretty good job of capturing my feelings without all of the foul language which is yearning to flow from my keyboard.
The rich tapestry of Diversity
By Ol’ Remus
The sexual abuse of about 1,400 children at the hands of Asian [UK code for Pakistani Moslems]men went unreported for 16 years because staff feared they would be seen as racist. Children as young as 11 were trafficked, beaten, and raped by large numbers of men between 1997 and 2013 in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. More than a third of the cases were already known to agencies. In two cases, fathers had tracked down their daughters and tried to remove them from houses where they were being abused—only to be arrested themselves when police were called to the scene, say De Graaf and Williams in this article at Daily Mail.
Remus says: If the British Empire and its Commonwealth last for a thousand years, men will still say, This was their lowest hour. A people who won’t protect their children, but instead knowingly protect their tormentors, doesn’t deserve to survive. The Tommies who fell in Europe would use those Webleys secreted in your garden walls rather than allow this outrage to go unanswered. At this point “appearances” are sufficiently served with mops and pails. Unless the good people of Yorkshire redeem this unconscionable betrayal by bringing vigilante justice—meaning extrajudicial corporeal punishment of the graphic kind—to the Pakistanis, the police, the child welfare authorities and all others involved, by commission or omission; that former sceptered isle is truly lost, by its own hand, and merits no respect from decent men.
Tony Woodlief af Instapundit says: A moral response to this behavior might involve those officials, among others, hanging from lampposts. The legal system is, ultimately, an ancient bargain: Renounce your mob violence and blood feuds and we will provide you with justice. It could be argued that such a default as this calls the whole bargain into question, and justifies self-help along ancient lines.
The best of European manhood almost died to a man on the battlefields of, and that continent has experience a long, down-hill slide ever since with the bare few honorable men fighting a losing battle against the creeping, glacial crush of pathetic, simpering dullards and the culture-smashing pressure of unfettered immigration from the Third World. The thirst to be seen as civilized and un-bigoted is feeding this craven get-along/coexist stupidity. And it’s coming to America.
I apologize, dear readers. Now that I have the words of Ol’ Remus and others on my screen before me, I find I still need to vent some steam. Next to the title of the Ol’ Remus pice is a small box with an arrow coming out of it. That is a link to a Daily Mail article where they do indeed report the scandal. But, even so, they could bring themselves to identify in words who the child abusers were other than to refer to them as Asians. Too their credit they did publish photos of the men with their names. But, why was it so hard for the reporters to say that they were Pakistani Muslims? THEY WERE PAKASTANI MUSLIMS, DAMN IT! I’m sure they will get a civilized and politically correct trial and the citizens will get to pay for their care for the next fifty years. THEY SHOULD BE SUMMARILY EXECUTED _SLOWLY! The article reports that the Leader of the Rotherham Council stepped down but no council employees will receive disciplinary action. Seriously? TARRING AND FEATHERING WOULD BE TOO GOOD FOR THEM! The article, also, includes a video of the Chief of the South Yorkshire Police apologizing to the child victims. That’s it? You apologize for allowing this to go on for 16 years? YOU SHOULD HAVE HUNG YOURSELF IN YOUR OWN JAIL CELL!
What about all the social workers and school councilors who knew what was going on? What about thousands of parents of these kids? Are we to believe that none of them had a clue of what was happening to their children? What about the millions of progressives who pushed this PC poison for the last several decades? I hope Dante was right!
Well, that’s what I’m thinking. What are your thoughts?
