This one just popped into my head yesterday, so I thought I’d post it. Here is No One Like You, from the Scorpions.
I caught this metal version of a Christmas Carol over at the Kim Komando website. She claims to be the most metal Christmas Carol of all time, but I’ll leave that judgment in your capable hands. Here’s the video.
Sorry for the limited posting as of late. I have been busy with #FreeKate and #KatesFight story. Things will be made clear in hopefully a few days, but that, and another project, are keeping me overly busy. But, we have to have a weekly link post. So, here are the weekly links, as well as a selection of songs I personally like. Hey, it’s my blog!
There you have it folks. I hope you you enjoyed my totally self indulgent musical selection. Keep on stopping by for more conservative news and views!
Hey all, Happy Sunday! I was delayed in doing the weekly link post, so I thought I’d go back to an earlier format, and get away from the Facebook Friends format that I’ve been doing for over a year and a half. Long time readers will remember that I used to use a variety of themes for the Link posts, so let’s go back in time, and do a Scorpions Link Post!
Wow, that is a contrast!
I went waaaay back for some of those songs. It’s a weird contrast, and shows how musical tastes evolved over the long span of time that the Scorpions have been active.
Enjoy your Sundays folks, and keep on coming back to the CH 2.0 for more Conservative news and views.
Eric Calderone is at it again. He’s the the metal guitar guy that can take any song, and bring forth it’s it inner metal. Recently, he took on one of my favorite movies, The Godfather…
You can find Eric on:
Get Busy Living:
MP3 and Tab Books:
He kicks a** on the guitar, and is always smiling!
For the last few nights, I’ve been enjoy in the “X meets metal’ series, where guitarist Eric Calderone takes nearly any song, and unleashes the metal within it. So, why no have a link post with these videos?
So, here are some Conservative links from the CH 2.0 blogroll, accompanied by Eric Calderone’s metal masterpieces.
There you have it. Mr. Calderone proves that any song can be great-it’s just that the metal hidden inside must be brought to the surface. Here are some ways to follow Eric…
Have a great rest of the week!
Has the political fight got you down? Has endless posts about useful idiots, trolls, and democrats (or do I repeat myself), have you pulling your hair out? Well, take this trip down memory lane-back to the 80’s, courtesy of Dokken!
I think I’ll get back into posting some musical interludes. It’s a great way to get out of the grind.
Enjoy. If you have band choices, let me know!
Sunday crept up on us again! It’s been a week of debt ceiling hyperbole, with some government gun-running, class warfare. and general moonbattery thrown in for good measure. So, here we have a great set of links covering the week that was. For the theme, I wanted to go back to the 80’s for some better times. What better than Whitesnake?
So, enjoy the rest of your Sundays, and if you feel so inclined, hit the tip jar!
