CH 2.0 News: In a shocking turn of events, Fritz von Manstein, a Major in the US Army, gunned down a dozen of his fellow soldiers, while wounding another 30. More as this breaking story develops.
NBC News: “We must not rush to judgment on this tragic event, committed by a obviously troubled serviceman.”
CH 2.0 News: This just breaking…Witnesses confirm that Fritz von Manstein, the US Army Major accused of gunning down dozens of his compatriots, yelled “Heil Hitler” before opening fire, and was wearing a swastika armband while committing the act.
NBC: “Nazis and other fascists across the US brace for retaliation by ‘intolerant’ Americans.”
CH 2.0 News: This just in on the Fort Hood Shooter. Fellow officers have come forward with reports that von Manstein, the alleged shooter, had been speaking out against the war effort. Claiming that he was a Nazi First, and an American second, he stated that Nazi Americans should rise up and turn against their fellow soldiers.
NBC: “It is thought that the alleged murderer was suffering from ‘combat fatigue,’ induced by talking to other soldiers that had actually been in combat. Experts suspect that he may have snapped due to the stresses of being in the military during this unjust war.”
CH 2.0 News: The FBI reports indicate that von Manstein had been attempting to contact the SS in Nazi Germany, and maintained close ties to a Nazi functionary who had fled the country after being investigated by the FBI.
NBC: “Since when is it a crime to contact the Gestapo?”
CH 2.0 News: There is more today on the traitor von Manstein. He had written a presentation indicating that Nazis, “love death more than you love life.” And warned of an uprising by Nazi sympathizers in the US. He also said that Nazi soldiers in American uniform should not be forced to kill other Nazi’s “unjustly.”
NBC: “It was Herbert Hoover’s fault.”

Nah, I gave up on the snark months ago. Best to leave that to folks like the Snarky Basterd formerly known as Dr. Dave. I juts had the thought late last night of how this would have played in WWII. After that, it literally took 10 minutes to write it.
Like I said elsewhere, if General George Washington or General Patton were in charge at Ft. Hood, they’d have personally shot Hasan right then and there, and would’ve offered no apologies. Wish we still had them around.
Patton would have pistol whipped, and then shot him! We are in need of leaders that are no afraid to call things as they are.
I hope this guy gets a shiv in his heart in jail.

That’s great, but todays MSM would have been leading the charge against all American Nazis had that actually been the case. Its fun to write these post sometimes–great job.
